The SP78 with no tokens limitation has already been registered before shipped out, so no need to register again by yourself, you could use it directly,and SP78-B with 980 tokens need to register by yourself, need you send us your serial number (S/N) and we will send you ID and password.

It can only change KM in two ways.
One is through obd2 connector, another way is remove the dashborad.
