About the Tango software update free or charging 
The tango software update is free ,due to the device is orginal ,after you get the device ,you should contact  the factory to update one time within 28 dyas ,otherwise will be locked .If you want activate special function or special car , that need charge .
 
Attention:
After generating a new transponder with TANGO Programmer,you no need any additional diagnostic equipment ! It will start the car directly,even on new FIAT CODE 2 system,also used in PSA Group vehicles!Only you have to write the new file back into the immobilizer system!
If your Tango already get G chip authorization, it can only generate G chip 10 times per day.

Scorpio-LK Emulators SLK-06 for Tango Key Programmer including Authorization

SLK-06 is battery powered. Note that a battery is not included with an emulator and has to be obtained locally. Three standard types of battery are compatible for our emulators:CR1616,CR1620.CR1632

If battery is removed all data from the emulator will be lost. When power is restored the default data will be loaded into the transponder memory.
Thus the transponder can be cleaned to default state just by taking off the battery.
