A: there is always the error when you open 2020.3 software xentry, please skip it ok
Q2: hello, my mb sd c4 shows Unknown LAN ID, I can't activate
A: Please follwo this instruction to operate:
1) Start→Run→cmd
2) enter
set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=12
enter
set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
3) enter
start devmgmt.msc
4)
Click "View"→ "Show hidden devices"
find "Network adapters" and delete all grey adapters one by one except RAS Async Adapter
until below tip comes on, then you click "No"
Then you can open the EPC again, the Lan ID will be shown
Then you can activate epc,wis now.

A: Click the "Start" and find EWA
then right click EWA admin Tool
As an administrator to open the ewa admin tool to start the service
Q4: I can't start the software hdd, how to do?
A: Step 1. Choose advance option
Step2: Reset your computer or view advanced options
Step 3: Click Startup settings
Step 4. Restart the laptop
Step5. Computer press F4 to enter safe mode
Step 6. Press the "Win+R" shortcut key to open the "Run" windows, enter "msconfig" and click "OK"
Step 7. Diagnostic startup
