i wonder if this tool is same like X431 master where some fault code say REFER TO TECHNICAL MANUAL. how does this help any tech out in the field????

I want to know what is the difference between X-431-IV with X-431-V+ all the specs possible comparing,and i wont have problem to update the programs because i heard that made in chinise some times dont except to update it is true,pls help me because i need one of these machines,but iam comfused,which one is better .
