Spring Festival Holiday,No Work From 2th-15th.FEB

1 We will have long holiday from 2th to15th.FEB .No one work during this time.

2 DHL,yanwen,UPS,EMS.... all shipper in china also no work.

3 During this holiday,we accept order but cannot ship,after we back,we will arrange order one by one depends on order number date.First come first arrange.

here are some FAQ,maybe can help you:
1) where is my order?
friend,pls check your order staus,if your staus is payment confrim,your order was arranged to ship
but in china ,all DHL,EMS,UPS...are also in holiday too,so you have to wait to 15th we back,so we can give you tracking number.

2)I had a tracking number,but when I check,my staus is stopped in china,why?
because all apartments in china all off,so it will some days delay to update.

3)I get my item,but it don't work,or I have problem to install it.what can I do?
you can e-mail me,tell me your car model,what you buy,what car do you test on,better give me some picture,I will reply you one by one.

4)I am really need help now,can I call you?

5) I pay in western union,when you ship it?
Our bank is off too,so we will get your payment on 15th,and ship on 16th.FEB

6) my order is not shipped,when you ship it?
friend,we don't ship your order maybe your item need order,some items is not stock.
anyway,we will get contact with you in 16th.FEB

7)where is my return item,I send back for fix?
Once we get your item back,we will email you for confirm,do you get any confirm e-mail before,if not,shows we don;t get it
During holiday,no one sign up package,so we will sign it after we back,sorry for this delay.

8) where is my refund?
if we have got your item back,we will refund you at once,if your package stay in post office,as no one pick up,we will refund you after our holiday,please don't worry.

9) I want activate,can you do it now during your holiday?
sorry,we cannot,we also need factory engineer help.He is not work.

10)I have bought one item on 2th,FEB from you,but after 10 days,it still not arrive,why?
If we have given your tracking number,you can check it yourself first,usually airmail post need 7-10 days,some remote area need 20-28 days,please notice.
if your package is still not get after 30 days,you can contact us,we will resend one to you.
