Recently,many cusomter's package in stay in UK,when you track it on YANWEN website,it shows in GLS UK,no shippment detail
We have asked our shipper about this status.They say because of Halloween,too many gifts and packages,the package need check and pass by Custom,it has 3-4 days delay.
As you know,YANWEN no need pay tax, and usually it need 7 days to arrive,but in these days,it maybe need 10 days more.
pls forgive this problem,it will be ok after 2th.NOV
