This Micropod-II clone does not support DRB-III emulation. No matter what I tried.
Tested it on a Jeep TJ 2006.
I have not tested it on newer CAN equipped Jeep models.
I get no error. The witech server and application runs and I can see my device listed, but it does not read the VIN of the vehicle and has not listed a 2006 TJ (because it is not a CAN bus model). I can run the DRB-III emulator application (by connecting to http://localhost:9876/launchExternalApp?appName=drb_iii_enhanced_emulator&locale=eng_ENG&deviceIp=172.22.22.22 ) but it doesn't recognize any of the modules on the bus when I try to connect e.g. to engine subsystem, or ABS subsystem etc. No communication at all. The OBD port works because I can use it with an HPTuners MPVI2 programmer without any issues.
I have tested on Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines, versions 17.03.10 and 17.04.27 with the respective DRB-III, Encanced DRB-III and K-Line stubs provided in the installation of each version.
